I have not done any teeth scanning with Poème, can I still order the retainers online?
Yes, absolutely! Even if you haven’t undergone teeth scanning with Poème, you can still order retainers online. Simply add the desired retainers to your cart, provide the required information during checkout, and we will reach out to you to guide you through the process.
Do I need to physically collect the retainers, or can I arrange for delivery?
You have the flexibility to choose either option. If you prefer to collect the retainers in person, you can do so. Alternatively, if you’d like us to arrange for delivery, simply inform us, and we will make the necessary arrangements to have the retainers delivered to your specified address.
What materials does Poème use for the retainers?
Poème premium retainers are made from 1mm thick PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol). It is chemical resistant, BPA-free, Biocompatible, and currently the best-performing material for retainers.
How long do I need to wait for the retainers to be ready for collection?
The fabrication process typically takes 3-5 working days. Once your retainers are ready for collection, we will promptly notify you. You can then choose to collect them in person or opt for delivery, depending on your preference.
What if the retainers do not fit my teeth?
In the event that the retainers do not achieve a precise fit, we kindly request you to promptly contact our esteemed customer service line at +65 8742 6246 for futher assistance and the possiblility of scheduling a new scan. your satisfaction is our priority.
What if the courier loses my retainers?
In the rare event that your retainers are lost during the delivery process, we will take full responsibility. We will promptly send you a new set of retainers at no extra charge to ensure you receive the product you ordered. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How long can Poème premium retainers last?
While Poème Premium Retainers are built to endure over time, external factors such as teeth grinding, the use of abrasive cleaning agents, distortion during storage, or exposure to high temperatures may impact their longevity. For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to change your retainers at least once a year.
